Understanding the control valve
A control valve varies its opening in response to a controller signal to hold a process variable at its set point. Correct sizing against flow, pressure drop and fluid properties is essential for stable control.
SIYA collects the process data and coordinates a valve, actuator and positioner package. Final sizing and selection are confirmed from the supplier datasheet.
